INDOMIROL^®-М is recommended for mastopathy, cyclic mastalgia and mastodynia, premenstrual syndrome, cervical dysplasia, endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine myoma (uterine fibroids), ovarian cysts to mitigate the risk of hyperproliferative processes associated with the elevated estrogen and prolactin levels.

3,3’-diindolylmethane (DIM) is one of the active metabolites of indole-3-carbinol ¬that is formed from two of its molecules, has higher structural stability, effectively and safely normalizes estrogen levels, demonstrates overt antiproliferative properties.

Indole-3-carbinol (I-3-C) is a natural biologically active substance contained in the cruciferous plants that has anti-estrogen -properties, prevents estrogen¬-dependent proliferative conditions, protects cells from the destructive effects of free radicals and toxins, blocks proto-oncogene proteins E6/E7 in the epithelial cells infected by human papillomavirus and is used for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.

Indole-3-carbinol and DIM help normalize estrogen metabolism by reducing the level of 16-α- hydroxyestrone, which promotes hyperproliferation¬, elevating the level of 2-hydroxyestrone, which protects against hyperplasia, selectively bind to estrogen receptors β, inhibit the activity of estrogen receptors α thus preventing estrogen-dependent conditions. The antiproliferative effect of the components is attributed to the cell-cycle regulation, induction of apoptosis and inhibition of angiogenesis. A combination of 3,3′-diindoly¬lmethane and indole-3-carbinol significantly boosts the efficacy in the body, as compared with the monomer form.

Vitex agnus castus extract restrains prolactin production, corrects hyperprolactinemia and normalizes the levels of sex hormones. The active substances of Vitex agnus castus, bicyclic diterpenes that act on dopamine D-2 receptors in the hypothalamus, produce a dopaminergic effect and inhibit the secretion and release of prolactin. Vitex agnus castus extract normalizes the ratio of gonadotropic hormones, stimulates the secretion of luteini¬zing hormone. As a result, the progesterone level is elevated, an imbalance between estrogens and progesterone returns to normal and, as a consequence, hyperestrogenemia is corrected. Moreover, a decrease in the prolactin level reverses abnormalities in the breast¬, helps narrow mammary ducts and relieves breast tension and discomfort.

Resveratrol is a powerful natural polyphenol that promotes healthy longevity, inhibits oxidation, neutralizes the effects of free radicals, which can lead to organ and system damage, cell mutations and transformations, has antiproliferative and anti-inflammatory effects. Resveratrol is able to bind to estrogen receptors, thereby reducing the stimulating effect of intrinsic estradiol on the development of hormone-dependent tumors.

Direction for use of INDOMIROL®-M

Ingredients: 1 capsule contains: active ingredients:
3.3’-diindolylmethane 150 mg,
extract of vitex (Vitex agnus-castus) 100 mg (containing not less than 0.6% of aucubin and not less than 0.5% of agnuside),
indole-3-carbinol 50 mg,
resveratrol 25 mg;
excipients: fillers: amorphous silicon dioxide (aerosil), microcrystalline cellulose, calcium stearate; capsule shell: gelatin.

Nutritional and energy value (caloric value) of daily amount (2 capsules): proteins 0.13 g, carbohydrates 0.01 g, fats 0 g; 0.54 kcal / 2.26 kJ.

Recommendations for use: INDOMIROL®-M is recommended as an additional source of biologically active substances for the normalization of the functional state and prevention of the development of hyperplastic processes in female breasts and reproductive organs, a decrease in the level of prolactin (due to interaction with the dopamine D2 receptors of the hypothalamus). It contributes to the normalization of estrogen metabolism. It has antiproliferative and antioxidant properties.

How to use and recommended daily dose: adults should take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day after meals, while washing down with enough water. Recommended intake course: 3-6 months. If necessary, the course can be repeated.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to components, paediatric use, pregnancy and lactation.

Do not exceed the specified recommended amount for daily intake.
