The combination of vitamins C and D3 with zinc is scientifically based and recommended by WHO
Natural vitamin C from acerola, which is part of the complex, has better bioavailability and a high safety profile, it is a powerful antioxidant, and has general tonic properties. Improves the bioavailability of other components.
Vitamin D3 is a hormone beneficial for reproductive health. It affects the synthesis of estradiol, progesterone and AMG. It has an antiproliferative effect, regulates calcium metabolism, ensures healthy development of bone and muscle tissues, strengthens the immune system and reduces the risk of respiratory infections.
Zinc is a trace element that has a positive effect on men’s and women’s health, necessary for healthy metabolic processes, it provides for deposition of insulin, thyroid hormones, sex hormones. Zinc participates in the immune response and increases resistance to infections
The balanced ZINCOFEROL®-4000 complex supports the immune system, possesses general tonic properties and improves metabolism.

Dried acerola juice is obtained from acerola fruit (Malpighia emarginata), which is known as Barbados cherry, and is one of the richest natural sources of ascorbic acid in the world. Acerola fruit contains 50-100 times more vitamin C than oranges or lemons. It has been proven that vitamin C of acerola is absorbed by human body better than synthetic ascorbic acid. Acerola fruit also contains many phytonutrients, such as phenolic compounds, carotenoids, anthocyanins, and flavonoids, which have pronounced antioxidant properties and are synergists of ascorbic acid.
Vitamin C (in the form of L-ascorbic acid), which is contained in the dried juice of acerola fruit, belongs to the group of water-soluble vitamins. Since vitamin C is not synthesized on its own, it is very important to ensure its constant intake into the body. Blood levels of vitamin C are a marker of health. Ascorbic acid is involved in redox reactions, regulation of carbohydrate and protein metabolism, and synthesis of many hormones.
Vitamin C increases the non-specific resistance of the body and normalizes the immune system functioning, protects against viral and bacterial infections: stimulates the formation of immune cells, interferon, and antibodies. The use of ascorbic acid reduces the duration of acute respiratory and viral infections.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is one of the key vitamins involved in the functioning of the immune system, affecting the synthesis of lymphokines, substances produced by lymphocytes, thereby ensuring the flow of immune reactions.
Vitamin D3 is involved in other processes of metabolism in the body, and also performs various functions in the human body: contributes to preservation of the normal state of the bones, contributes to the normal functioning of muscles, contributes to normal absorption/consumption of calcium and phosphorus, contributes to the normalization of calcium level in the blood, contributes to the normal state of teeth, participates in cell division, and helps reduce the risk of falling associated with postural instability and muscle weakness. Falling is a risk factor for bone fractures among men and women aged 60 years or over.
Zinc glycinate is a source of zinc, which is one of the most important micronutrients that is part of many enzyme systems that regulate the main metabolic processes: carbohydrate and protein.
Zinc contributes to the growth and development of cells, the correct functioning of the immune system and the provision of an immunological response, ambiguous vision, taste and perception of smell. It affects the preservation of normal levels of vitamin A in the blood, prolongs the time of action of insulin and facilitates its accumulation.
Zinc contributes to the improvement of male reproductive function, which is necessary for the formation of normal sperm. Zinc is necessary for normal skin function, is involved in the processes of skin regeneration, sebaceous gland secretion, nail and hair growth.
